Yoga Therapy, and Mindfulness Coaching sessions are options in your holistic counseling treatment plan and can be integrated as we go. I have experience helping clients with:
attachment wounds
post-traumatic stress anxiety depression adult ADHD fear & self-doubt body-image religious trauma (RTS) recurring nightmares psychosomatic symptoms In our sessions, the bridges between mind and body are revealed layer after layer through an organic process of trust, compassion, insight, and belief. I believe the keys to your unburdened joy are within you. The place where you now are, no matter how painful, is a sacred opportunity for healing and personal growth. I invite you into my space (virtually for now) for Mindfully attuned support and guidance.
I am available Tuesdays and Fridays at Cypress Beauty and Wellness in Sellwood. Contact me to schedule a consultation. After a 15-Minute consultation, if we decide we can work together, we will set up an Inital Intake Session. |
