Yoga Therapy, and Mindfulness Coaching sessions are opportunities to deepen into a specific method of healing. These can be integrated as we go. I have specialized training and experience in the following areas:
attachment wounds
traumatic stress (PTSD and C-PTSD) anxiety / depression adult ADHD relationship with Self / Body religious trauma (RTS) significant dreams / recurring nightmares psychosomatic symptoms Some concepts, themes, or interventions you'll encounter in our work together:
-Different aspects or parts of yourself (your inner archetypes) -The open-hearted state of your authentic self -Being within or outside of your "window of tolerance" -Resourcing (internal and external resources) -Dropping in, connecting with and listening to your body -Dreamwork using Sandtray Therapy (in person only) or body-oriented guided meditation In our sessions, the bridges between various aspects of the Self are revealed layer after layer through an organic process of trust, compassion, insight, and belief. I believe the keys to your unburdened joy are within you. I know that loving connection with self and others, is your divine birthright. I see that where you are now, no matter how painful, is sacred. I invite you into my space (virtually for now) for Mindfully attuned support and spiritually integrated transformation. |
