I incorporate Mindfulness principles and practices into my counseling sessions with clients. I offer individual coaching sessions to dive deeper into Mindfulness. Coaching sessions include meditation instruction, focused practice and reflection; and time to discuss your specific needs, exploring practical ways to infiltrate your daily routine and your relationships with presence and breath. Living in the present means paying attention on purpose to what you are doing and experiencing in each moment. We begin by noticing the body, the experiences available to you through your senses. We expand to include awareness of our emotional landscape that is the bond between thought and reaction/response. This is the practice of Mindfulness.
